After successfully booking a consultation, you will receive a confirmation email that will indicate the date and time that you selected during booking. You will receive a call from a consultant on the day and time indicated in your booking confirmation email. If you prefer a video call, a zoom link  for a video call will be sent to you on the date and time you booked.
